Mayor Frank Jackson said he would continue to ban mass gatherings in Cleveland and events over the summer to help slow the spread of coronavirus. Sad to see no entertainment in the city this summer, which may hinder the entertainment community. Jackson shared he would adhere to the state's orders that people avoid social gatherings and remain at home. The infectious nature of COVID-19 coronavirus demands it, he said. Jackson has expressed where there is a potential mass gathering, and the city will not be issuing a permit for it. So that will cover rib burn-offs to musical and art festivals.
